A company is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapy
Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Completes daily progress notes and assessments related to treatment
plans and discharge needs
Instructs staff and educates patients and families on mobility,
caregiving, and home safety
Documents treatment clearly and collaborates with team members to
adjust treatment plans as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Certification in Basic Life Support
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant license required
Virginia License required
Graduate of a licensed physical therapy assistant program
Associate degree from a licensed physical therapy assistant
program
