A company is looking for a Head Medical Assistant, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train new Medical Assistants, ensuring smooth
integration into workflows
Conduct quality checks and monitor performance indicators for
MAs
Address issues flagged by team leaders and provide feedback based
on performance reviews
Qualifications
Certified or registered Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN)
2+ years of experience training or supervising MAs required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
Comfortable using dashboards and documentation tools to track
performance
