A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations
to lead clinical protocols and workflows for their telehealth
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of clinical operations
protocols, including patient triage and quality assurance
Drive process improvements to optimize clinical efficiency and
patient outcomes
Establish and monitor clinical performance metrics to ensure
excellence in care delivery
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in clinical operations, preferably in
telehealth or healthcare startups
Proven success in scaling clinical operations and improving patient
care workflows
Deep understanding of telehealth platforms and EMR/EHR systems
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven
decision-making
Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading through
change
