The Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) team extends Edwards's leadership into the transcatheter area, providing immediate new treatment alternatives to patients with no or few other alternatives, eventually positioning THV as the treatment of choice for aortic stenosis. As the Clinical Case Review Analyst, you will be a key contributing member of the dynamic Case Review Team, providing timely logistical support, analysis and tracking during patient screening and procedural case reviews for multiple transcatheter heart valve clinical trials . Only considering applications from Southern California (OC, LA, SD) residents that can travel to Irvine headquarter once a month Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepare templates for case review, assist with logistics and file case presentations
• Transcribe clinical notes from case review calls
• Enter case review data into excel spreadsheets
• Perform quality/audit checks of case review data
• Creation of complex excel spreadsheets to track/analyze case review and CT data and metrics
• Assist with creation of templates for procedural case reviews
• Ancillary administrative duties assigned by leadershipMinimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field AND
  • 3 years of previous hands-on clinical research experience OR experience in a medical related fieldAdditional skills:
    • Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite including MS Project and excellent Excel skills required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Solid understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to clinical trial management
    • Solid knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
    • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Strict attention to detail
    • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
    • Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
