Job DescriptionFull-Time Providers in the Presence Network:

  • Work the full-time schedule set by Presence.
  • Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services
  • Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions, create and/or update IEPs, and complete comprehensive evaluation and progress reports as required by the IEP to meet the school or school district timeline
  • Accept the caseload and school assignments outlined by the Presence team.
  • Liaise with the classroom teachers and parents of students receiving therapy services
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the duties and responsibilities performed by the school or school district employees, as directed from time to time by the school or school district, which may include acting as an educational consultant to classroom teachers, guidance counselors, and/or administrator
  • Add additional licenses determined by Presence to assist in providing therapy for additional students and to maximize your caseload to full-time status.
  • Maintain criteria for maintenance of licenses
  • Additional projects as directed by Presence including but not limited to; scheduling, service coordination, substitution, curriculum development, continuing education, extended school yearProviders in the Presence Network:

      • Compensation for Direct and Indirect ServicesQualifications
        • Full-time availability during school assignment hours in the timezone of your assignment and for requested duties, as needed.
        • Valid state license and Department of Education credential, if applicable, for the work location.
        • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university - in Speech-Language Pathology. Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
        • One year of IEP/IFSP-directed therapy and evaluation experience in a school setting (in addition to the Clinical Fellowship Year)
        • Experience acting as a case manager, completing assessments, writing comprehensive reports, completing educational eligibility determinations, and supporting IEP meetings
        • Meets any site-specific requirements to provide services (e.g., bilingual, specialty areas), as determined by PresenceLearning
        • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
        • Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
        • Reliable internet access
        • A reliable desktop or laptop computer with a webcam
        • Such alternatives and additions to the above as may be required by an assigned school district
