Job Description:

Chapman University School of Pharmacy (CUSP), in collaboration with Amgen Inc., is recruiting one post-graduate Chapman-Amgen Oncology Medical Affairs Fellow to start in July 2020. The outcome goals of this 2-year fellowship will prepare graduate to:

• Actively participate in specific areas of medical affairs through intensive, hands-on training in the settings of academia, clinical practices, and industry to gain expertise in medical affairs
• Promote the role and value of a clinically-trained pharmacist in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
• Become a highly competent candidate to be recruited by the pharmaceutical industry The fellow will spend the first 6 months focusing on clinical and inter-professional experience training at CUSP located in Irvine, California, followed by 18 months at Amgen Inc. located at Thousand Oaks, California. A new fellow will be recruited every academic year.
