Job Description We’re looking for a driven and self-motivated Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of ground-up projects from start to finish. This is an opportunity to work with a high-performing team that values accountability, autonomy, and results. You’ll manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout while being empowered to make decisions and drive project success. Responsibilities: Lead all phases of ground-up construction projects from planning to completion Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor relationships Collaborate closely with owners, architects, and field teams to ensure project success Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met on every project Mentor junior staff and support their professional development Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction. Industrial, Tilt Up is a plus.
