Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead

Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to
organizational strategy and decision-making
Build and support a high-performing, mission-aligned team through
effective talent management and development
Oversee financial health and responsible growth through budgeting,
compliance, and resource strategy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-10 years of experience in operations, organizational development,
or nonprofit leadership
Proven experience in leading and developing inclusive,
high-performing teams
Demonstrated success in designing and improving performance
management systems
Experience with budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting
Strong project management skills with a systems-thinking
approach
