A company is looking for a Delivery Director in Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Drive administrative savings and ensure revenue optimization
through high system performance
Oversee the health of the enterprise production ecosystem and
manage incident resolution activities
Coordinate with clients on major operational events and ensure
effective team management across various functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field
At least 12 years of relevant experience in leading technology and
support teams
Experience in a healthcare company and with an offshore model
Familiarity with applications such as Java, Web Services, XML, SQL,
and AWS Cloud Environment
Experience with Incident Management, Release Management, and ITIL
practices
