Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Training Manager to develop
and execute training programs for sales and clinical teams in the
medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing
education
Establish competency benchmarks and track individual progress for
sales and clinical teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training materials
with strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical
Engineering, nursing, or a related field
7+ years of experience in sales training, sales management, or
clinical education within the medical device industry
2+ years of experience with a life science company in a matrix
organization
Advanced clinical training (RN, RT) or equivalent experience in
interventional procedures is preferred
Certifications in corporate training or adult learning
methodologies are preferred
