Key Responsibilities
Lead priority accounts and multi-channel teams, serving as a
primary contact for key client stakeholders
Implement processes for operational excellence and coordinate
business reviews, ensuring client needs are met
Manage financials, staffing, and internal operations while
fostering team development and a positive culture
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in client management and
performance marketing
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar client
engagements
6+ years of experience in people management
Significant experience in digital channels and understanding of the
media landscape
Ability to identify media opportunities and integrate agency
offerings for client success
