Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Study Site
Engagement to manage site engagement and support clinical trial
operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate effective partnerships between study teams, study sites,
and CROs, including communication with Medical Affairs
Support study teams in trial operations from feasibility through
clinical study report within assigned regions
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with study
sites and investigators to enhance engagement and recruitment
Required Qualifications
Scientific degree (MD, PhD, MA/MS, BA/BS) in pharmaceutical
science, chemistry, biology, or healthcare preferred
10+ years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on
clinical trials
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations, including
ICH-GCP
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
cross-functional, global environment
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
