Job Description:
A company is looking for an IRB Program Manager to supervise
clinical research trials and ensure compliance with IRB policies
and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate review and approvals of research proposals to ensure
compliance with IRB requirements
Interact with governmental agencies regarding research regulations
and participate in audits as necessary
Oversee day-to-day IRB functions, including document pre-review and
distribution of meeting materials
Required Qualifications
Experience in clinical research and IRB processes
Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations
regarding human subjects research
Ability to provide regulatory and methodological guidance to
research investigators
Experience in developing and implementing training programs related
to regulatory guidelines
Supervisory experience, including oversight and mentorship of
staff
