Job Description:
A company is looking for a Security Technology Manager to
support workplace safety and security operations across the
Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for physical security
systems across the Americas
Serve as the key liaison among guard teams, facilities, IT, and
vendors
Coordinate vendor meetings, track service metrics, and ensure SLA
compliance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with enterprise-level physical security
systems
Expertise in access control and video surveillance systems (Lenel
OnGuard certification required - Advanced Access or higher)
Familiarity with ticketing systems and detailed service
documentation
Understanding of industry best practices in system design and
installation
