Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Operations to
oversee a team of engineers and architects in network and firewall
administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to meet project deliverables
Monitor team processes and make necessary changes to meet customer
demands
Interact with customers for deployments and serve as a point of
escalation for issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
10 years of experience in design, installation, and support of
enterprise systems
Experience managing and leading technical teams (Tier II/III)
Hands-on experience with Firewall/WAF/Zero Trust technologies
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
Preferred certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco,
Palo Alto, AWS)
