Job Description:
A company is looking for a HCM Project Manager who will oversee
implementation projects and lead project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and scope while ensuring
adherence to client agreements
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams
regarding project updates and expectations
Direct and lead client meetings and ensure project documentation is
organized and accessible
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the HCM
field
Background in business and managing various types of projects
Project management training and/or certification preferred
Experience in customer relationship management
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
