Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Front Line Controls Officer-Commercial Banking.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of an effective internal control framework across Commercial Banking
Support the documentation of RCSA processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Conduct risk assessment workshops and activities to identify potential risks and control gaps

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit within the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of governance, change management, banking regulations, and internal control standards
Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards and Regulatory Category IV banking requirements preferred
Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools
