Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Product
Marketing (Uniformed Services) to lead product marketing for
recruitment partnerships in the armed forces.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape marketing strategy by developing compelling marketing plans
and personalized proposals to support sales
Create and manage diverse content including blog posts, proposals,
and sales collateral while ensuring accuracy and relevance
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
and enhance understanding of the armed forces market
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 - 6+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy,
or sales enablement
Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and drive them from
inception to completion
Intellectually curious, self-motivated, and collaborative
