A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Team Manager -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement day-to-day workflow priorities for the team
Develop staff and drive employee engagement across the team and
department
Manage day-to-day activities and coach team members to achieve
production and quality metrics
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
Active, unrestricted pharmacy license
5+ years of Clinical Pharmacy Practice experience
2+ years of Call Center experience
1+ years of management experience or equivalent senior clinical
pharmacist experience
