Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Business Development Manager
(SBL).
Key Responsibilities
Originate new loans to qualified businesses under SBA and USDA
programs while managing client relationships
Collaborate with team members on loan submissions and maintain
communication throughout the loan cycle
Participate in community functions to enhance the bank's presence
and establish referral contacts
Required Qualifications
6+ years of SBA lending experience and a bachelor's degree or
equivalent training and experience
Experience in marketing, sales, and business development
Active COI Network for sourcing SBA & USDA opportunities
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, loan structuring, and
pricing
