Volt is immediately hiring for Director of Human Resources in
Irvine, Ca.
This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.
Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000 Annually
Schedule: In-office/flexible to 1 day hybrid.
We are seeking an experienced HR Director from the
manufacturing/production industry to manage all HR functions,
ensure legal compliance, and build a positive workplace.
Responsibilities:
HR Leadership: Manage HR team, align HR with company goals.
Payroll/Benefits: Oversee payroll, ensure compliance, manage
benefits.
Audits/Compliance: Manage 401(k), worker's comp, and other audits;
ensure legal compliance.
Talent Management: Oversee hiring, onboarding, employee
development, and performance management.
Health & Safety: Lead safety team, ensure compliance.
Collaboration: Advise and work closely with leadership, support
department heads, develop HR policies.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of HR leadership experience in the
manufacturing/production industry (payroll, benefits,
compliance).
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Audit, payroll, and benefits management experience.
Benefit negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and leadership.
HR software proficiency.
