Job Title: Associate Principal- Program & Project Management (Program Manager)

Work Location - Irvine, CA

Job Description:
--- Program Manager with experience of running, implementing and reporting across large scale multiple projects simultaneously running in parallel (Scrum Masters running one project will not fit this role)
--- Experience with Managing large IT Programs in Retirements domain.
--- Managing Senior level client stakeholders (CIO, CIO -1, Director and the likes) on a Daily basis
--- Reporting daily to CIO, CIO-1, Director level client stakeholders after obtaining project level updates from individual Scrum Masters/ PMs
--- Ability to own and create an overarching Program Plan with multiple in-flight Projects
--- Must have strong technology background preferably in Java technologies
--- Well versed with Program and Project Management activities (Seasoned Program Manager)
--- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills are a MUST (Candidate will not survive this role without this skillset)
--- Experience of complete project life cycle implementation experience across Analysis design development and production rollout
--- Experience of managing Agile/ Scrum based project delivery is a must
--- Experience and knowledge of Capital Markets will be a Plus.
