A company is looking for an Associate Director, Evidence & Value
Generation Operations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of departmental systems and
processes to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor and track budgets and performance, providing
recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with the EVG leadership team to resolve complex issues
and guide departmental strategy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7-10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related
fields
Proven track record in operational excellence, resource modeling,
and financial management
Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in a science-related
field
Strong understanding of clinical and observational study structure
and costs
Experience collaborating with senior leadership in a matrixed
environment
