Job Description:
Innova Electronics Corp. seeks a full-time Organizational
Development Manager to work at its office in Irvine, CA. Candidate
must have 24 months of operations management experience in the
aftermarket auto parts e-commerce industry.

Candidate duties will include:
Gather and organize information on problems or procedures;
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of
newly implemented systems or procedures;
Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods
of proceeding;
Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for
implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational
changes;
Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational
change, communications, information flow, integrated production
methods, inventory control, or cost analysis;
Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain
unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and
personnel used;
Prepare manuals and train workers, including project managers, in
use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to
organizational policy; and
Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about
format, distribution, and purpose, identifying problems and
improvements.
Candidate must possess 24 months of ecommerce platform, auto parts
resale, and community management work experience; 12 months of work
experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and
product roadmap planning; and 6 months of work experience in
organizational structural planning and Atlanssian Jira. Candidate
must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or
International Business. Salary: $88,837 - $91,837.
