Key Responsibilities

support course delivery at scale
Design and implement systems and dashboards for real-time insights
into program performance and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the student
experience and streamline operational workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in complex program operations, including
team and system management
Experience in optimizing processes using tools like Zendesk, Asana,
and Airtable
Proven track record in operational leadership during organizational
growth
Ability to manage teams across different time zones effectively
Empathy for students with a vision for enhancing the learning
experience
