Employer: Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc.Job Title: Commercial Finance ManagerJob Code: A011.2348Job Location: Irvine, CAJob Type: Full-TimeRate of Pay:$136,000 - $150,000\rJob Duties: Lead key strategic decisions related to pricing, customer discounts and rebates, warranties, field sales force incentives and deployment, and quota setting. Influence business decisions in order to meet or exceed forecasted financial commitments and strategic plans. Ensure that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place in compliance with local government laws and corporate policies. Provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff. Participate in driving sales and profitability, as well as evaluating programs, pricing, and commercial initiatives. Conduct financial analysis of costs, pricing, variable contribution (margin), and analysis of sales results. Deploy dashboards and business scorecards, and support ad hoc analyses to drive business decisions and evaluate return on investment. Supervises team of analysts to provide sales and P&L analytics, in addition to ad-hoc requests supporting various commercial organizations. Partner with multiple functions to develop solutions to a variety of commercial items with varying levels of scope and complexity. Liaise with external firms as needed, and analyze company actual performance vs. business plan, which may include pricing, profitability, and variances analyses. Develop strategies to meet finance group objectives by leading operation and cost-effectiveness of systems and programs. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and support compliance processes. Lead meetings with selling and marketing leaders. Interact with finance management and other functional areas throughout the organization, including preparation of ad hoc materials used in senior level reviews. Provide oversight, direction, and financial leadership to the team and the broader finance organization.\r
