Job Overview:


TMA is seeking a dedicated, entrepreneurial, and dynamic Sr. Director, Account Mgmt for one of the agency's largest and fastest growing clients in Los Angeles or Irvine, CA. This position requires a go-getter, a strategic and creative thought leader who can identify opportunities, craft plans of action to seize them and roll them out flawlessly. Strong relationship builder is a must as getting to the finish line is only half of the job, bringing everyone along with you by building multilateral momentum is key.
Reporting into the VP, Account Services this position will spearhead our approach to excellence-expertise at all touch points. This will include but not be limited to strengthening ideas and collaboration via strategic rationale, integrating in-situation and best in class industry thought leadership and driving these ideas and their execution across the internal and external client team.

  • Good with numbers- forecasting revenue, developing scopes, maintaining budget accountability
  • Embrace the agency's culture and beliefs and show a willingness to actively participate in its development

    Qualifications:

    • Marketing professional with at least 10 years in agency account management and/or experience in a closely related field
    • 3+ years management/mentorship experience
    • Agency client start up experience is a +, specifically building a large account from the inside out, while spearheading client side evolution
    • 5+ years of experience in business partnerships with an emphasis on activation programs in live venues
    • Partnership experience with sports teams and/or leagues and venues a plus
    • Experience in building promotional offers that drive awareness and trial
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the creative and production processfrom writing a brief to final asset output
    • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
    • Extensive experience creating, leading and delivering presentations
    • Detail-oriented - ability to oversee many pieces of a larger project

          The range below represents the typical base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of TMA in the United States. Salaries will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, certifications, associated responsibilities, location, and other business/organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
          $115,000 - $125,000
