• Develops and implements effective strategic sales plans for the assigned region.
• Analyzes and directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
• Develops new accounts by distributing flyers, relaying information.
• Travels within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.
• Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Ensures that all policies and procedures are developed; business plan strategies, timeliness, quality of the services, goals, etc. are monitored and followed.
• Hires, trains, motivates and coaches staff members as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities to maximize their potential.
• Generates reports, and presents information to upper-level managers.
• Any support duties as assigned.Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sales representative in the industry preferred (construction).
  • Able to travel frequently as required of the job.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
