Our company is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Construction and Project Management, particularly within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of successful project delivery within the construction industry.Responsibilities:As a Project Manager, you will:1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management from inception to completion.2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.3. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned and project requirements are met.4. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status to all stakeholders.5. Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.6. Ensure all construction projects comply with health and safety regulations.7. Coordinate with the General Contractor to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard.8. Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.9. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.10. Evaluate project outcomes based on established KPIs and report to senior management.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager position will have:1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the Construction industry.2. Proven experience with a General Contractor (GC).3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.4. Experience in managing construction projects within the healthcare sector.5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.8. Proficiency in project management software.9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.10.
