  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical field. (manufacturing/materials experience preferable); MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality control, operations, production, supply chain, and maintenance.
  • 1-2 years leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
