We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our corporate Marketing Team in Irvine, CA.As the SEO Manager, you will develop and execute the SEO strategy for the companies many web properties across our 5 brands (UEI College, Florida Career College, US Colleges, SAGE, and IEC). SEO Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a company's overall SEO strategy. Senior SEO Manager usually covers a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy. As the company's online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, the Senior SEO Manager will play a huge role in driving the business' growth and success.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Perform keyword research to determine popularity, competitiveness, and relevance
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in search engine optimization campaigns
• Compose or work with copywriters to compose relevant SEO content to drive results
• Grow local SEO through online directories (Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.)
• Ability to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry, develop actionable insights and recommendationsExperience, Education and Skillset
  • 3-5 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of search engine ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, heat mapping tools)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Schema Markup, and Metadata
  • Experience working with content management systems, (Wordpress)
  • Experience optimizing on-and-off page SEO
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Experience with On site SEO, local SEO, and technical SEOKey Success Factors
    • Dedicated and driven to consistently improve, grow, and exceed KPI goals
    • Key marketing metrics: website traffic growth, improved keyword rankings, YOY increase of high-intent leads
    • Adhere to deadlines, set targets for milestones, and develop long- and short-term plans
    • Ability to quickly analyze performance trends/changes and identify root cause of fluctuations, together with a solution if needed
    • Digitally savvy individual with keen attention to detail
    • Passion for metrics, and ability to translate complex concepts into requirements with clear business outcomes
    • Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills
