The Supply Chain Strategy Manager is responsible for shaping our organization's long-term strategy and developing measures that realize our business objectives. The strategy manager will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. Duties & responsibilities Collaborate and partner with team members across multiple functions to define and deploy CSS Supply Chain strategy. Lead and shape governance processes to drive strategy adoption and implementation. Benchmark with external, enterprise, cross sector and cross franchise strategies to mature the CSS SC strategy. This position reports to CSS Senior Director Strategy, Innovation & Deployment. Key areas of focus include: --- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy. --- Drive effective communication of the company's strategic goals and initiative to the organization. --- Collaborate with internal and external collaborators for strategic insights. --- Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, customers, etc. --- Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy --- Define key metrics to measure the progress and success of critical initiatives. --- Assess industry trends and competitors. --- Support the leadership team in assessment of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats; followed by development and implementation of appropriate action plans --- Documenting and communicating findings, projections, and recommended actions. --- Planning, monitoring, implementing, and leading proposed recommendations and projects. --- Driving and leading all aspects of the progress of multiple key critical initiatives --- Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials --- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
