Project Manager I (Streaming Video)Primary Location: Irvine, CaliforniaV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Project Manager I (Streaming Video) for our premier client Irvine, California.Education and Experience3-5 years of experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Must understand content ingestion and how to curate.Should understand metadata and content.Understanding of Agile a plus as well as Jira and SmartsheetsOpen to a combination of Project Coordinator and Manager if they can pick up workflows quicklyNot looking for a formal PMP PM per se, we need someone who understands how to manage and execute a project and has the right industry experience.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:Need someone from a Media Streaming Video company (DirecTV, Pluto for example)Role is a PM role that will work in conjunction with content ops, product, and creative/engineering teams.Will help coordinate all inbound initiatives.If content partners let us know they struck a new deal and want to push content to them.Role will coordinate everything from "do we have the content, metadata, captions etc".
