**Senior Manager, Product Strategy and Delivery**at Doma Remote

Design and deliver scalable, profitable product offerings that meet
market needs and make the closing process easier and more
delightful for customers and referral partners* Own a product
offering and its consistent iterations from conception to
development to testing to delivery; own success metrics for your
product offering* Work in strong collaboration with market research
and sales teams, develop Offering Requirements doc to identify what
the customers are looking for, key aspects of the workflow that
must be included, who the target customer is, etc.* Work with sales
and ops to make tradeoffs on product configuration requirements*
Build and manage an annual product roadmap including:+ Determining
what technology is needed and what can be launched when+ What new
geographies are priorities and when they should be launched*
Provide input into pricing strategy for your products to ensure
your product will hit designated margin targets* Track feedback and
metrics on your new product as it flows through the testing phase;
Work with workflow team to optimize and refine* Provide input on
optimal org design and roles for operations teams in the new
workflow* Work with product marketing and sales enablement to
officially launch products to the market with new collateral and
market support* Ensure profitability of new and changing
products/launches* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:***
