We are looking for a Director of National Escrow and Disbursements responsible for the specific duties listed below, with a a national provider of title insurance and escrow services to the mortgage and real estate related industries.



Your specific duties will include:

• 
  
• Build workflows in a primarily refinance business environment.
  
• Front facing clients, and
  
• Manage up to 60 -70 escrow officers and disbursement people from a centralized location
  
  Specific qualifications for the position include:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Nationwide Refi experience, from opening to closing files, and balancing files
    
  • Full understanding of the national escrow and disbursement business
    
  • Experience building workflows
    
  • Reswre experience and understands how Resware works
    
    Pay Rate Range: $120,000 plus bonus
    
    
    
    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
