About the Job:

As a food company , our menu is our product catalog , and the backbone of everything we do . From iconic products like Doritos Locos Tacos to new creations like the Big Cheez-It Tostada , Taco Bell is consistently testing and launching new menu items , and as a result, we ar e innovating our menu technology to support the food innovation that is uniquely Taco Bell . The Senior Menu Product Manager is responsible for helping to lead the transformation of our menu platforms by redesign ing the systems that support our product catalog (product/menu master) to provide our restaurants and corporate teams the flexibility to execute exciting new menu strategies and campaigns . This position will report to the Director of Menu Technology and w ork with a large cross-functional team across marketing, operations, food innovation, data management, engineering , and QA.

The Day-to-Day:

• Partner with the Director of Menu Technology and stakeholders to understand the business menu strategy to establish a platform strategy for the menu product master and associated systems
• Lead requirements gathering and facilitate working sessions to understand the root problems/issues that the business is trying to achieve to identify/design the appropriate solution
• Create current state documentation of how existing systems function/integrate and support the documentation of future state architecture
• Understand how internal and external users enter product/menu data and work with design teams to ensure the front-end UI/UX experience is user-friendly and aligns with how data will be processed throughout the end-to-end system
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure the proper implementation of menu platform features
• Serve as the subject matter expert and the main point of contact for the product catalog/product master system Is This You?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or product manager
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple diagrams and strategic business objectives into technical requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working in product information management, product catalog/product master, or menu systems is a plus Work-Hard, Play-Hard:

      Salary Range : $100,900 to $143,660 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
