Detailed Job Description:

• Leverages tools and reports to identify trends to improve the security, stability, and delivery of network services
  
• Demonstrates understanding of key networking technologies--LAN/WAN, data center switching and routing, extranet--to build, optimize and support high availability networks
  
• Establishes Standard Operating Procedures. Determine appropriate training curriculum for Level 2 and 3 resources.
  
• Defines monitoring method and criteria.
  
• Establishes and implements new standards based upon business requirements, industry trends, and technology best practices.
  
• Good stakeholder Management and Team coordination capabilities
