About the Job:
The Senior Product Manager II, Core Back of House and Above Store is responsible for a diverse product portfolio spanning restaurant management and HR technology. With this role the opportunities are endless: optimizing team member learning experience, defining technology strategy to power the drive-thru of the future, and enabling a mobile restaurant management experience.
The Day-to-Day:

  • Define and execute product roadmaps in coordination with cross-functional partners, engineering, QA, and support teams ensuring alignment with evolving organizational standards for architecture and security.
  • Collaborate with other product teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless roadmap execution.
  • Clearly and consistently communicate status, issues, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Vendor/project management for drive-thru timers, security cameras, and above-store reporting
  • Manage & define technology lifecycle across all back-of-house hardware.
  • Lead discovery and proof of concept work for innovation tracks with a customer-centric mentality

    Is This You?

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
    • At least 6+ years of experience in product or project management roles with proven ability to meet customer needs and business objectives.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and build strategic partnerships.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a discerning eye for details that matter.
    • A passion for solving problems and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, and/or multiunit chain/franchise environment a plus

        Salary Range: $112,200 to $159,720 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
