Job Description
Allied Universal - is hiring a Director of IT Infrastructure Integration. The Director of IT Infrastructure Integration will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of the merger and acquisition (M&A) lifecycle across multiple, simultaneous deals. - This person will meet with the target/selling company and the AUS deal team during the negotiation and diligence phases of the M&A process. - Discretion and privacy regarding the target/selling company is vital to succeeding in this role. - The role will have influence and accountability, partnering with executive sponsors and senior leadership in the design, prioritization, and execution of key activities throughout the lifecycle of the deal. This position will require thought leadership in M&A integration and ability to influence and push back with senior business leaders to drive Integration agenda and align with the corporate business strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to create and deliver informative and actionable presentations to corporate executives, senior management, and peers.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -


  • Active participant in diligence of target/selling company in order to design and lead integration planning in alignment with the overall business strategy
  • Build and lead a holistic integration plan in partnership with the Corporate Strategy team, the Executive Sponsor, and functional leaders to achieve the deal's strategic imperatives
  • Lead small, medium, and large cross-functional teams through due diligence, budget planning, integration planning, and integration execution
  • Engage in vendor negotiations to merge or cancel IT contracts for hardware, software, or services
  • Research network and systems products, services, protocols, and standards to remain current with industry trends and best practices
  • Objectively assess risk and create effective mitigation plans throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Lead development of acquisition key tracking metrics aligned with transaction value drivers and synergy plans
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems with existing infrastructure
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to integration program managers and integration project managers for new integration programs as well as helping to solve existing program challenges
  • Work across work streams to capture the typical M&A integration dependencies for IT systems

    QUALIFICATIONS: -

    • Bachelor's degree or certification in a technical field
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a corporate development or M&A integration function in the technology industry
    • Experience working in corporate development, integration strategy, or corporate operations for a publicly traded company or relevant integration consulting experience
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process development and documentation for business processes
    • Hardware, software, and basic networking industry experience
    • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
    • Command knowledge of end-to-end corporate development activities and proven track record to facilitate sophisticated and time sensitive decisions
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly interfacing with senior professionals; highly collaborative
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, executing against both individually as well as broader strategic initiatives
    • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Good understanding of business goals and objectives
    • Ability to work independently, self-starter
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

      Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year + Bonus
      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • IT system design and documentation experience
      • Business process transformation experience
