Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Project Control Manager to work for an industry leading international environmental company. This will be a hybrid working environment, working 4 days onsite in Irvine and 1 day remote. The PCM is responsible for managing and coordinating project progress while leading the team members in the department. PCM works closely with Operational Service team director about the planning, budgeting, procuring, and whole project process and delegate workload to team members. PCTM secures the continuity of project flow and closely monitor the progress with team members under the supervision of the director.
Responsibilities:
Project Scope Identification: Understand the scope of project workload and identify the resources, delegate and communicate with team members how to carry out the project within scheduled time frame
Initial project involvement: Act as a PM role in a initial stage of the project and manage the planning, budgeting, estimating before execution of the project.
Communication and Coordination: facilitate communication and coordination among team members, vendors and stakeholders. PCM organize meetings, discussions and provide advice to ensure effective information flow.
Project Management: under the supervision of Operation Service Director, monitor and control project progress, continuous reviews project tasks and identify and provide solutions to the conflicts or hurdles
Due Diligence Control: Ensure that the requirements and expectations of project are clearly understood and communicate within team members
Documentation and Reporting: maintain documentation of project activities, prepare regular status updates and report for project director and team members
Continuous Improvement: identify issues on the progression and suggest innovative solutions that would improve project control management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements

7-12 years of project control experience
EPC experience
Planning, budgeting, procuring and estimating experience
Bachelors degree in a related field

Desired Skills

Renewable/reusable energy/ fuel cell experience
