position will play an important role in executing mobility strategy
and operations for Kia North America's regional subsidiaries
(USA/Canada/Mexico). A future-driven automotive company, Kia has

position with an individual that can derive business improvements
and insight from this collaboration. Strong applicants for this
role will have planning, researching and strategic skills to
leverage communication with related partners as well as perform
reproducible business analysis aligned with customer trends. -Major
Responsibilities1st Priority - 30%Operating the new mobility
program for North America -Analyze the trends in ride-hailing, car
sharing, and subscription.Discover collaborative elements between
existing stakeholders -Create new idea-based partnerships for Car
as a ServiceCollaborate on city council-sponsored projects2nd
Priority - 30%Executing new business ideas with strategic
planningDevelop the new profit structure with a new business model
-Business feasibility check and implementation of new ideasMobility
business support between USA, Canada, and MexicoEstablish the new
business solution in the EV transition3rd Priority - 20%Analyzing
mobility market and customer trends - -Analyze OEM's mobility
strategy and derive insight -Monitor key customer trends and
forecast demand.4th Priority - 20%Researching future business
opportunities -Research the issue & trend in the autonomous
market.Find a new opportunity in Robo-Taxi and Auto-Delivery
Service.Education/CertificationBachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience required.Overall ExperienceRequired 2-3 years of project
management experience.Preferred 1-2 years of consulting or research
experience on mobility industry.Preferred 1-2 years of start-up
experience related to the automotive business. -Directly Related
ExperienceStrong business analysis skills and 7-10 years of overall
industry related experience -Business structuring experience for
Ride-Hailing or subscription -1-2 years of experience with EV
strategy and planning - -Position Requirements:Occasional
-international travel requiredMay need to work hours outside of
normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or
