TRC Parkitects, LLC has a great opportunity for an experienced and solutions-oriented architectural design professional to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architectural drawing production: design, construction documents, space planning, block planning, plotting, etc.
• Manages and validates accuracy of construction documents in compliance with Company design standards and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for providing complete drafting and assembly of construction documents and completed plans
• Collaborates with team members and consultants to deliver the requested documents required to meet the client's schedule
• Ensure quality assurance of drawings and implement redline corrections
• Leads projects to completion within schedule parameters
• Monitors project with respect to schedule, & completion schedules.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates multiple projects or projects of major scope
• Interacts with clients to confirm aspects of the project. Negotiates client issues while finesse
• May serve as a company representative at client meetings, presentations, public hearings, etc.
• Keeps Principals informed of project progress and potential customer issues
• Participates in proposal development as needed
• Sets design standards and procedures for the group as a whole. Experience and qualifications:
  • B.S. in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 5 experience in design or management of commercial architectural projects
  • Advanced skills required in Revit, CAD, Sketch-Up and other design programs
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach to work
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
  • Able to work with deadlines and adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Upholds a professional standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, responsible, able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive and self-motivated
    Location: This position is in-office, five days a week, located in Irvine, CA.
