Surgical Suite Marketing to support J&J Visions surgical suite
products. This position can be based in one of two J&J
locations: Irvine, CA or Jacksonville, FL.

The Manager, US Surgical Suite Marketing reports directly to the
Senior Manager, US Surgical Suite Marketing and leads the US Laser
Systems marketing effort.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support in development and maintenance of a comprehensive
cataract and refractive US market landscape, covering competitors,
trends, innovation pipeline, customer and patient needs that unlock
market opportunities and shape equipment strategy and
activation.
+ Engage with industry KOLs, customers, in-office and at industry
events to gather intelligence and elevate penetration and
reputation of JJV brand and our broader equipment offering.
+ Partner with Surgical Suite marketing leadership in development
of marketing strategy to enable organization to achieve near- and
long-term revenue and profitability goals, leveraging full
(connected) equipment offering, NPIs and customer experience
offering with a 3 distinct, but connected focus areas:
+ Sales and Support Enablement for Field and Service
Representatives
+ Product Marketing for HCPs.
+ Practice/Patient Support for Practice managers and patients.
+ Create a cohesive, coordinated and coherent plan to drive belief
and behavior change across rep, surgeon, practice management and
patient stakeholder groups to deliver on laser systems category and
product goals while supporting the broader brand strategy (retain
and grow base, create product and platform advocates).
+ Liaise with GSM team to ensure downstream alignment with upstream
strategy, pricing guidance, product positioning, product messaging
and innovation pipeline.
+ Lead development of product messaging and assets sales aids,
Getting Started Guides, field education guidance, customer and
patient-facing promotional marketing materials, product-specific
meeting materials, etc.
+ Liaise with cross-functional partners in Supply, Training,
Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Contracts, Corporate
Accounts to ensure a coordinated and coherent cross-functional
execution of ONE plan.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life
Sciences or related field is required, MBA preferred.
+ A minimum of 6 years work experience with 3 years in marketing is
required.
+ Must exhibit proficiency in the following competencies:
adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity,
analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, communication.
+ Proven success in product management is preferred.
+ Medical device, ophthalmology experience preferred.
+ Up to 35% of domestic travel required.
+ Position can be based in one of two J&J locations: Irvine, CA
or Jacksonville, FL.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to
$166,750.
