  Role Responsibilities
  As ecommerce marketing manager, you drive campaign-level strategy and own results for a core group of ecommerce clients. You support account strategists to ensure marketing plans are carried out at a high quality and achieve clients' goals. -
  You will carry out this purpose by: -
  
  • Strategizing full-funnel ecommerce marketing campaign ideas, including email, workflows and promotions, to achieve client's revenue and business goals.
  • Possessing a deep understanding of the client's brand, personas, company and competitive landscape.
  • Setting goals for the channels and campaigns you own.
  • Defining campaign-level strategy, goals and expectations to ensure the execution team has full context to complete their work at the highest level. -
  • Executing high-impact campaigns and deliverables.
  • Coordinating and driving marketing campaigns through to completion.
  • Overseeing a smooth, error-free campaign launch, including completing quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables align with the campaign strategy, brand standards, client preferences and general marketing best practices.
  • Keeping a daily pulse on campaign performance and strategy and shifting strategies as needed.
  • Researching, testing and implementing leading monetization strategies. -
  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing campaigns to achieve goals.
  • Communicating campaign results and strategy to business stakeholders.
    Required Skills
    
    • 4+ years of hands-on ecommerce marketing experience creating and driving campaigns
    • General understanding of marketing funnels and ecommerce digital marketing strategies
    • Experience using digital marketing platforms including with Google Analytics, Klayvio and Attentive
    • Results-first mindset and proven ability to achieve business objectives -
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A hunger to continuously learn
    • High emotional intelligence and desire to collaborate
    • Agency experience preferred -
