AppleOne has partnered with a company that is seeking an EDI Manager.

The qualified candidate will be a self-starter that can oversee daily EDI processes, provide EDI production support, and coordinates new EDI onboarding. As the EDI manager, it will be expected that the selected candidate can monitor EDI systems, resolve issues and work with Order Management Team and the warehouse to ensure efficient processing. Being well-organized with strong analytical skills to complete project management will be keys to success in this role. The qualified candidate should also have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as a team, and have proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.



Duties and Responsibilities:

--- Monitor EDI communications with internal/external partners to insure no interruptions.

--- Use EDI application dashboard and reports to manager overall health of EDI.

--- Process and monitor all inbound and outbound transactions.

--- Identify, troubleshoot & track EDI related issues with internal/external partners to resolution.

--- Manage daily EDI production support with Trading Partners, Order Management Team, and warehouses.

--- Coordinate setup of new EDI trading partners and documents.

--- Assist EDI testing with data setup and document testing with trading partner.

--- Recommend system and/or business process improvements that streamline EDI.

--- Maintain detailed documentation and process flows of all EDI processes.

--- Maintain EDI production servers

--- Manage one EDI coordinator



MUST HAVE:

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365

3+ years of experience working with Data Masons--- Vantage Point

1+ years of experience configuring and supporting CDATA Arc ESB AS2

3+ years of experience working and writing queries in Microsoft SQL Server

Experience with EDI documents; 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, 940, 945, 943, 944
