Job Description:

The Manager, Strategic and Financial Planning for Allergan Aesthetics will be responsible for leading planning and program management activities for strategic planning workstreams and assigned commercial planning activities related to pipeline commercialization. This global role reports directly to the Associate Vice President, Global Commercial Development.Key duties and responsibilities:

• Lead planning and program management support for Strategic Planning activities, streamlining and optimizing processes as appropriate
• Work with Global Commercial Development team to plan, coordinate and co-facilitate other regular processes, e.g., early commercialization plan development, Area New Product Introduction
• Enable effective collaboration with cross-functional partners, ensuring milestones are met
• Proactively identify, communicate, and manage planning and execution risks across assigned activities Education and expertise:
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant course of study
  • Experience in pharma. or medical device industry
  • Cross-functional collaboration and facilitation experience
  • Experience in program and project management preferredEssential skills and abilities:
    • Results-oriented self-starter
    • Strong prioritization skills
    • Able to identify and orchestrate steps needed to reach desired goal in required timeframe, including motivating and maintaining accountability of others
    • Strong communicator, with excellent oral and written presentation skillsOther:
