As a Sales Manager -you'll motivate and lead our Team Captains and Sales Associates. Our teams are growing and we are able to impact more lives of everyday people. Our Sales associates help clients reach their financial goals through the best financial options available. You would be responsible for -managing and developing an our inside Sales Floor, selling personal lending and debt settlement services to clients to meet department goals. We have a vision for finding the best loan at the best time for our client's situation. -Start Date: May 15Training Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST -Location: On-site location in Irvine, CaliforniaPay: Base 70-80k + Performance BonusesEssential Duties: -

  • Manage and lead an inside Sales Floor of anywhere from 3-7 Teams
  • Act as a go-to person for your Team Captains and agents, assisting Team Captains / Senior Sales Associates / Sales Associates / Sales Support Team with client-related questions, regarding underwriting and compliance.
  • Work with agents on troubleshooting specific files, such as leaving notes for Underwriting
  • Liaison between Underwriting and Sales, providing 2nd voice on files if needed
  • Help enforce schedule and Team coverage, including lunches/breaks
  • Maintain positive sales team culture and motivate Team Captains
  • Track daily attendance
  • Utilize Google Chat feature for Team connectivity
  • Enforce proper lead management and assign call backs
  • Send daily scoreboard/numbers to Team Captains to help maintain transparency and accountability
  • Assist with managing new lead source campaigns, including but not limited to: lead assignment, chat features, feedback tracking, and agent coaching
  • Provide help with onboarding agents
  • Hold sales workshops on specific topics for agents
  • Conduct weekly call chops for one-on-one sales coaching
  • Act as a liaison between Upper Management and Team Captains, including but not limited to:
  • production, concerns, issues, findings, and behavioral and/or KPI outliers
  • Communicate findings, data, and policies provided by management, to agents. This may include addressing areas of improvement, such as: talk time, excessive breaks, dial attempts, notes on files, -login times, credit pull rate, conversion rate, active rate percentage, first pay clears, missed calls, and/or -general behavioral-related trends
  • Analyze and provide coaching on Key Team Performance metrics, including but not limited to:
  • Deals signed, Conversion ratio (deals signed/transfers), Talk time, Active Rate (Active Deals/Total
  • Deals), Missed Calls/Outbound Calls, First Pay Clears, First Pay Dates within 14 days, and Attendance
  • Follow all policies and procedures for the department and company
  • Establish schedules for Direct Reports -
  • Daily monitoring of attendance and punctuality of the department, which includes reporting excessive absenteeism and tardiness to the Human Resources Department. - -
  • Daily monitoring of Overtime hours for the department, which includes establishing limitations on Overtime hours, and addressing unapproved Overtime hours as they occur. - -
  • Daily monitoring of time records for the department, to ensure missing punches and time cards errors are resolved. -
  • Daily monitoring of meal break compliance to ensure that hourly members of the department are taking meal breaks in compliance with Company policy (i.e., Meal breaks must be a minimum of 30 minutes in length, and taken by the 5th hour of work). - -
  • Management of Paid Time Off (PTO) for members of the department, which includes approving/denying requests for PTO and communicating Unpaid Time Off to the Human Resources Department. - -
  • Monitoring of performance for all members of the department, which includes conducting progressive disciplinary action when appropriate, establishing performance improvement plans, documenting conversations regarding performance matters, and conducting 90-day and annual performance evaluations per Company policy. -Other Responsibilities:
    • Continuously improve through feedback
    • Attend training and department meetings
    • Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
      • Zero recorded disciplinary action notices, within 6 months of applying for the position. Candidates are automatically deemed ineligible for this position if they have been issued a disciplinary action notice, such as an EPN, PIP, or any other documented disciplinary action, within 6 months of applying for the position (Internal)Education and Knowledge:
        • High School Diploma or GED required -
        • Knowledge of - Personal Lending and Debt Settlement preferredExperience:
          • Minimum of 1 year of personal lending and debt settlement experience
          • Complete understanding of current policies, including but not limited to: Underwriting, Compliance, and CRM-related policies, and the ability to articulate themSkills and Abilities:
            • Willingness and commitment to grow an inside Sales Floor
            • Ability to multitask and adapt to an ever-changing and evolving Sales environment
            • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
            • Ability to use company Phone system, Freevoice, and CRM, Debt Pay Pro
            • Computer literacy
            • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales
            • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
            • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
            • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
            • Ability to sell and influence others
