You will join a fast-paced, dynamic team and playing a pivotal role in developing applying existing imaging technologies to TMTT therapies, developing new imaging technologies and enhancing TMTT products for imageability.As our therapies grow, so does our need for leaders to advance imaging capabilities as it enables the usability and scalability for our patients and physicians. These advancements come in forms of market development, imager customer engagement, advancing technology with imaging partners, and internal product improvements across all device platforms, geographies, and functions. As a Manager, Imaging Project Management, you would be responsible for driving projects that make this happen! By utilizing project management techniques and business acumen, you will be responsible to scope projects based on stakeholder inputs, identify SME resources, create project plans, obtain leadership approval and drive execution for multiple projects across functions, platforms and geographies in ways that maximize patient and business impact as business strategy necessitates.Work Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role is in person full time in Irvine, California.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage imaging project plans from concept to completion, optimizing scope to align to business strategy and to maximize patient and business impact
  • Provide direction, guidance, and oversight of cross functional core teams that execute projects and initiatives
  • Report project status, timelines, benefits, issues, and scenarios effectively to team and TMTT leadership
  • Develop and manage an imaging portfolio governance process that provides visibility and management to 5-20 projects across the business unit
  • Organize & facilitate internal and external communication events that bring awareness to advancements in imaging space (forums, webinars, newsletters, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communicationsBasic Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing projects and/or programs of increasing complexity
    • Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies/toolsPreferred Qualifications:
      • Master's degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience stated above is required with a Master's degree
      • Medical device, clinical exposure and/or imaging technology experience, specifically in the structural heart space
      • Experience managing a portfolio of diverse projects
      • MBA or strong demonstrated business acumen
      • Familiarity with clinical and/or commercial environment, in US and abroad
      • PMP certification
      • Experience managing employees and demonstrated informal mentoring and peer leadership skills
        • Excellent problem-solving, agility, leadership through change, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
        • Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value to the business
        • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
        • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
        • Share information and provides basic problem solving solutions; gains cooperation of others, conducts presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules
        • Develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.
