We are a joint venture business of HomeServices of America, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious Solution Strategist to join our Solution Strategy team. This position will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external solutions for the HSF technology product suite provides maximum business value to our network members and/or end customers. This position will also ensure that the vision and strategy, product design and product marketing activities are coordinated to achieve this result. -Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Solution Strategist will provide support to the VP, Solution Strategy and Solution Strategy department in a fast-paced environment. General responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Product Design:

  • Work with vendor(s) to ensure that the user experience is optimized.
  • Design a solution that minimizes action and drives maximum usability.
  • Work with key user groups to gather feedback and relay back to development team.
  • Ensure that usability is documented within the use-case library and that the solution mirrors those use cases as closely as possible.
  • Collaborate with other solution strategists to coordinate how complimentary solutions should work together to maximize synergies, while minimizing complexity of the user experience.
  • Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog.Vision and Strategy:
    • Focus on assigned solution categories (i.e., mobile, website, transaction management, CRM).
    • Guide the vision and strategic direction for each solution.
    • Stay current on marketplace to include trends and competitors' offerings to ensure that direction is relevant and competitive.
    • Solicit input from key user groups.
    • Evaluate competitive offerings to determine gaps and differentiators.
    • Determine key performance indicators that will be measured to gauge effectiveness.
    • Maintain the solution roadmap to chronicle future capability requirements.Product Marketing and Adoption:
      • Advocate for and promote product(s) and continually communicate with internal and/or external customers and third-party vendors to drive maximum adoption/engagement.
      • Work with all internal groups to coordinate the creation and delivery of user training.
      • Track and report KPIs to internal groups as needed.
      • Work with internal groups to create and deliver promotional/marketing initiatives to drive awareness and usage.
      • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.Performance Expectations

          • Four-year degree or equivalent education and work experienceExperience:
            • 3 years of product management experience in a business environment
            • 2 years of real estate industry experience desirableKnowledge and Skills:
              • Superior organizational skills
              • Superior communication skills required to work closely with key stakeholders
              • Proven ability to formulate and articulate vision
              • Excellent conflict resolution skills
              • Product testing aptitude
              • Knowledge of marketing best practices (including social media) and experience with marketing platform such as Marketing Cloud
              • Understanding of metrics and reportingQualificationsEducationPreferredBachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.ExperiencePreferred Four-year degree or equivalent education and work experience 3 years of product management experience in a business environment 2 years of real estate industry experience desirable
