Employees who feel passionate about the Edwards credo and dedication to community. - -Edwards is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management to join our Organizational Effectiveness & Innovation team, leading OCM for strategic initiatives for the Enterprise Business Solutions Program. Our Organizational Effectiveness team is a collaborative, internal consulting team responsible for running multiple concurrent projects across Edwards. This role will report to the OCM practice and will focus on driving successful adoption of critical transformations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our multibillion-dollar global organization.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan large organizational effectiveness projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables. Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute tactical projects, process improvements, and/or programs
  • Provide OE input on high-impact transformational initiatives affecting larger employee base, multiple business units and/or functions, with focus on the people impact to ensure ROI on significant initiatives
  • Perform analysis and provide guidance to business partners including obtaining alignment from stakeholders relating to organizational decisions
  • Develop organizational effectiveness (e.g., Organizational Design, OCM, Workforce Planning) strategies for business initiatives that may have global or regional impact
  • Influence and provide guidance to key stakeholders to ensure effective organizational transitions and to build change management knowledge and capabilities across the company
  • Other incidental dutiesBasic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of prior related experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management.
    • Or, Master's degree and 8+ years of prior related experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management.
    • Experience with OE/Workforce Planning/Change Management tools and methodologies, including business case analysis, communications, and/or organizational design)
    • Prior experience working Business Transformations and/or Digital Transformations
    • Strong program / project management skills and experience.
    • Proven success developing targeted written communications to support the OCM strategies.
    • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
    • Experience managing two or more concurrent projects; able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
      • Internal consulting experience highly preferred
      • Ability to lead teams in multiple time zones in both in-person and virtual environments.
      • Prior experience working through HR transformations.
      • Ability to manage through ambiguity and lead through influence.
      • Prosci, CCMP, or other certifications.
      • Strict attention to detail
      • Experience representing leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and client groups
